We offer 4 levels of photo editing classes starting with the basics and moving on to more advanced features.
We also offer Digital Scrapbooking classes (basic understanding of editing required)
The classes will be run by Rob Whittaker
He is a qualified teacher and holds Cert 3 & 4 in I.T.
Basic Photo Editing Class 101 includes :
Cropping - cutting out unwanted parts of the photo.
Resizing -making the photo smaller for sharing or uploading to friends or the web
Red eye removal - Removing the red from the eye caused by flash reflection.
Looking at Free programs that can be used to do these jobs.
Intermediate Photo Editing Class 202 includes :
Auto level
Black and white
Sepia
Zooming in / out
Menu features what is where
Tool bar elements
Walk through some parts of Photoshop Elements.
Advanced Photo Editing Class 303 includes :
Working with Photoshop Elements to do
Lasso tools
Dodge and burn
Straightening photos
Touch ups
Removing objects
Working with layers
Text on Photos and more
Advanced Photo Editing Class 404 includes :
Layers and review of 303
Quick selection
Recolour selections
Filters
Clone stamp effects vs Normal brushes effects
Cookie Cutter
Editing own photo
Play Time
